There’s nothing lewd about this post, in fact it’s all rather clean. I’m actually referring to Compagnie de Provence’s Blue Edition, three limited edition bottles of their Mediterranean Sea fragranced liquid Marseille soap; they’re essentially a functional piece of artwork for your bathroom or kitchen. The three bottles were the result of a new project with Art Director Anne Caroline Paute of CentQuaranteDeux. She was inspired by a 225 year old tool that measured the blueness of the sky, the Cyanometer, created by Horace Bénédict de Saussure, a Swiss man obsessed with the mountains and the colour of the sky.

The three Blue Edition bottles all share the same fragrance, marine and sunny notes reminiscent of a trip along the Mediterranean coast, developed in Grasse.

In the UK you can buy Compagnie de Provence‘s Blue Edition from Aria’s online store or, if you’re in London, pop into Aria’s beautiful interior design store in Islington. There’s also a chance to win a set of these beautiful Blue Edition bottles for your home over on my Instagram.
