A Good Transition

A good

Part 1

Well its that time of the year! Sweater Weather!! If you follow along with my blog and Instagram, you’ll already know that I’m a sucker for sweaters… (any time of the year ; ) The transition from Summer to Fall can be tricky b/c it’s still quite warm outside so easing knits into the mix can be a challenge, but since I’m impatient, I’ll find any excuse to introduce knits early…Here is how I embrace that in-between season to achieve looks that incorporate knit-wear but remain weather appropriate as the temperature shifts using tone on tone, texture & structure meets slouch while still showing a little skin!

I raided Aritzia recently and truly stocked up! Wearing items from their Fall Collection and working seamlessly with pieces from their Summer staples… A Good Transition is my take on trans-seasonal dressing.  Part 1 (Summer to Fall) showcases clean lines / minimal layers / pale hues and keeping things light with sheer and lightweight fabrics making sure to not over-work or over complicate the looks (Part 2 Fall to Winter – coming soon !)

Watch for full outfit details in the coming weeks for each look !!
