The cold fresh air is just what I need right now. And especially when the sun is shining, like last weekend, it’s just so nice to be outdoors (plus I get to wear my new Prada sunnies. Ha!). Can’t believe it’s only one more day before December! Time flies so fast, it’s just insane. Very excited for the Holidays though!! I have to restrain myself to not already buy a Christmas tree and decorate the house with all kinds of Christmas stuff. It’s my favourite time of the year, and I can’t wait to have a first (normal) Christmas with a healthy Enzo this time.

WEARING: ZARA BLAZER AND DRESS, DUFFYBAG SUEDE TOTEBAG, RAY-BAN AVIATORS AND BALENCIAGA BOOTS Just a quick hello from the other side! Hope everyone is doing OK! Thank you for all the sweet and nice comments on my previous article, with the 14 outfits. Hopefully that made up a little for my unregular posting. Still love to shoot something every now and then, like the photos above that we took just before lunch at the College Hotel in Amsterdam. Too bad you can’t really see my super super awesome new Balenciaga boots! My latest shoe score! But you can find a better look at this outfit on my Instagram account (find it here). Anyway, wishing you all a happy Friday!
Despite my love for black, which doesn’t even need explanation at this point, I don’t like wearing all black. I actually refrain from wearing all black, I don’t think I have the right hair and skin tone (or Scandinavian cool) to pull it off so you can almost never see me in all black. But it took this off the shoulder sweatshirt from the exclusive Martine Jarlgaard x Byond collection (yeah, it’s a sweatshirt made from a sustainable fabric with open shoulders that you can pull to either side) to make me wear head to toe black in the middle of summer. I tried my usual recipe; white pants, linen pants, denim and then khaki pants but none of them did justice to this top like my classic cut tailored black pants with Converses to tone down the flare. . Black off the shoulder envelope sweatshirt available only on BYOND . Black pants Topshop (similar here & here) . Black sneakers Converse All Star (or get it here) . Gold earrings Anissa Kermiche

WEARING: ZARA BLAZER AND FLARE PANTS, ISABEL MARANT POINTY ANKLE BOOTS, RAYBAN AVIATORS AND DUFFYBAG X MINI TOTE BAG HELLO THERE! It’s been awhile since my last outfit post on COTTDS.com, or basically anything for that matter. Motherhood is a full time job, and since they grow up so fast I really wanted to take the time to enjoy my little one. (Who is not so little anymore, Enzo turned 6 months already last week!) And keeping up with a blog takes time and investment. The thing is, after years of working on COTTDS.com, I maintained a high standard for it’s quality. And I felt I couldn’t live up to that anymore. Everything needed to be done so quickly ever since Enzo came in to our lives. So, I decided to not post anything on the blog until I could live up to that standard again. Anyhow! I’m happy to kick off a new COTTDS with a cool new collaboration together with DUFFYBAG X MINI. Last weekend we shot a series of outfits with this super cool tote bag, and I’m eager to show you the rest very soon! Also a fun new collaboration where Enzo is starring is on it’s way! Here’s to new beginnings!
WEARING: ZARA BLACK FLARE JEANS AND SWEATER, ALL SAINTS LEATHER JACKET, ISABEL MARANT ANDREW BOOTS, PS11 TINY BAG, YSL SUNNIES
WEARING: REISS FASHION COAT, GESTUZ LEATHER TROUSERS, ALEXANDER WANG BOOTS, PS11 TINY BAG, RAYBAN SUNNIES, FASHIONOLOGY JEWELRY, ZARA TOP I’m slowly starting to get back to blogging, I really missed updating my blog! Right now, my main focus is of course on Enzo, and I’m enjoying it to the fullest. But it’s also nice to have something else to do besides changing diapers and all. ;) So, hopefully I will be back on track soon enough! Don’t give up on me, yet.
WEARING: HM TREND TEDDY COAT AND TOP, HM MATERNITY JEANS, LEOPARD KURT GEIGER HEELS, SOPHIE HULME TOTE BAG AND YSL SUNNIES / 38 WEEKS I’m not going to fool anyone, these heels didn’t stay on for long. But, boy, did it feel good to wear some heels again and feel elegant for a change. Especially, after a week of staying in bed watching series like ‘Faking it’ or ‘Orange is the New Black’ for the entire day. Which is awesome too! But… I do miss getting dressed up (besides for my weekly check ups at the hospital).
WEARING: GESTUZ SUIT, HM TREND TOP, CONVERSE ALL STARS AND SOPHIE HULME TOTE BAG / 36 WEEKS Can you imagine how happy I was when I tried on this Gestuz suit and it fit? With only 3 weeks and 2 days to go until my due date. It felt like victory to me! I’m not saying I hate maternity clothes, but it’s not like you have loads of options. Or at least not for the kind of styles that I like. And this suit was perfect for a casual lunch in Amsterdam with my boyfriend. Exactly what I needed.
A Little tradition we have here on COTTDS.com is the yearly outfit recap. Picked out my personal favourites from the over 100 looks I’ve posted in 2014. It have definitely been challenging to shoot my outfits for the blog the last 6 months. Starting in June when I had a positive pregnancy test. After that my whole world changed, I changed. Mentally but also physically. The physical changes were pretty intense in the beginning. The first 3 months I was extremely tired and I hardly had energy to blog (or anything else for that matter). At that time my baby bump also really started to show, which didn’t make it easy to take outfitshots without showing it.. After 4,5 (long) months I finally shared the amazing news with you, and I was able to show off that cute baby bump. My favourite accessory for sure! ;) It have been a life changing year for me. A dreamy and special year. And the fun part is that 2015 will be even greater. Can’t wait to meet my little man next month! PS: Curious to see the yearly recap of 2013? Check it out here.
WEARING: LILIJA LARIONOVA COAT, ISABELLA OLIVER MATERNITY LEATHER TROUSERS, HM TOP, WHITE CONVERSE ALL STARS SNEAKERS, PS11 TINY BAG AND ONLY SCARF / 33 WEEKS Currently so hooked on my Converse sneakers that Santa got me a white pair as well. Found these under the Christmas tree 2 weeks ago. They are so comfy to wear during my pregnany, the only downside is that I need assistance to get them on. Can’t even tie my own shoe laces anymore. haha.
WEARING: MUUBAA LEATHER JACKET, HM MATERNITY JEANS, ASOS T-SHIRT, PS11 TINY BAG AND ISABEL MARANT ANKLE BOOTS / 32 WEEKS HAPPY 2015, guys! Hope everyone had an amazing time during NYE. My end of 2014 was a little less exciting, spend the last days in bed with a flu. Yup, I was that lucky. But, I’m back on my feet again and my first outfit of 2015 – besides my pajamas – was this one. Decided that it was time to unleash these leopard ankle boot again, since they have been spending a lot of time in their shoe box lately.
WEARING: LILIJA LARIONOVA OVERSIZED COAT, ISABELLA OLIVER LEATHER TROUSERS, GIVENCHY TEE, PS11 TINY BAG, KURT GEIGER HEELS / 31 WEEKS
WEARING: GESTUZ COAT, MUUBAA LEATHER TROUSERS, ALEXANDER WANG HEELS AND PS11 TINY BAG / 23 WEEKS No worries, shot this look in October when it was still OK to wear strappy sandals outside. With a warm coat on top to compensate a little of course. ;) Finally, I’m through my looks that I shot up front. It’s time to shoot more previous ones!
WEARING: ZARA JUMPSUIT, MUUBAA LEATHER JACKET (find it here or here), KURT GEIGER LEOPARD HEELS (find it here) AND PS11 TINY BAG (find it here and here) / 23 WEEKS A couple of weeks ago I already showed you a preview of this look with my new oversized leather jacket. And here we have the full outfit. These photos just remind me again, how perfect this jacket is. Can you tell I’m in love?
And just like that we have landed in the last month of the year ALREADY. Why is time always flying so fast? Which also means I’m starting to get really close to my due date. I can’t wait to meet the little guy that’s growing inside of me, but it’s also becoming a bit scary now it’s all going so fast! Just two more months before my new life is kicking off. Can’t wait!
WEARING: CONVERSE ALL STARS SNEAKERS, H&M TREND BOMBER JACKET, ISABELLA OLIVER (MATERNITY) LEATHER TROUSERS, ONLY SCARF AND PS11 TINY BAG / 28 WEEKS Got myself a fresh pair of black low Converse All Stars sneakers. Maybe Definitely not my warmest shoe pair, but absolutely my most comfiest. No unnecessary luxury when you’re 28 weeks pregnant. ;)
WEARING: HM OVERSIZED BLAZER, MUUBAA LEATHER TROUSERS, ISABEL MARANT ANDREW BOOTS AND PS11 MINI / 23 WEEKS I’m kind of happy that I shot so many looks up front, the cold is just insane. No way I will voluntarily stay outside longer than 5 seconds. Brrr!
WEARING: GESTUZ PANTS, HM TREND CAMI TOP, HM OVERSIZED BLAZER, ZARA LEOPARD HEELS, JILL SANDER CLUTCH / 16 WEEKS There really isn’t much to say about this outfit. Besides, it looked so much better in real life (or at least I hope it did). Maybe there are just too many oversized items going on here in 1 outfit. I blame the secret baby bump! But still, it did looked OK when I was wearing this 10 weeks ago. Anyway, sharing this outfit on the blog even though I would rather not. haha. You can not always be on top of your game, right?
WEARING: ZARA LEATHER JACKET AND RIPPED JEANS, PRIMARK BLOUSE, ISABEL MARANT ‘ANDREW’ BOOTS AND PS11 TINY BAG The baby bump haven’t disappeared, don’t you worry, these photos are just very old. Took them when I was about 13 weeks pregnant, but decided not to publish these until the word was out. In these photos you can definitely tell that my body was already changing, and during that period I felt a bit insecure about my mini bump. I mean, if you see me now, you can definitely tell that I’m pregnant. But in the first 16 weeks or so you could easily think that I just had eaten too many burgers. (haha)
So, my October outfits were all about showing off the baby bump. One that have growed big time the last few weeks. I officially had to say goodbye to all my jeans and leather trousers (accept for one pair!), since I simply can’t fit in to them anymore. Not cool! But hey, it’s for a good cause.
Hello new oversized leather jacket! It’s been awhile since I’ve added a leather jacket to my ever growing collection. But a soft leather oversized one was just what I was missing! Muubaa never disappoints. :)
WEARING: GESTUZ LEATHER TRACK TROUSERS, HM TREND TANK TOP, PRIMARK DENIM BLOUSE, ALEXANDER WANG ‘FABIANA’ HEELS AND PS11 MINI / 19 WEEKS Oops. This shoot is already from 5 weeks ago, but completely forgot to publish it. But better late than never, right?
WEARING: ALEXANDER WANG ‘SOFIA’ BOOTS, ZARA JUMPSUIT, HM OVERSIZED BLAZER, PS11 TINY BAG, FASHIONOLOGY JEWELERY / 23 WEEKS These boots are absolutely my favourite shoes at the moment. Funny, since I have been neglecting them quite a bit. Must be the pregnancy, which forces me to see my wardrobe in a whole new light. But hey, they are back!
WEARING: ALEXANDER WANG ‘LYS’ BOOTS, ZARA LINGERIE SHORTS, HM TREND TRENCH AND TANK TOP, PS11 MINI / 19 WEEKS Definitely not an outfit I was wearing this week. Way too cold! Shot this outfit a few weeks ago with my new Alexander Wang ‘Lys’ boots.
I think it’s about 15 years ago when I was rocking my Palladium Pampa boots to highschool. All the cool girls were wearing them that school year, so of course I had to have my own pair as well. Such a trendsetter (haha!). After that hype I kind of forgot all about Palladium. Until now. Because they are back! And with an awesome worldwide campaign. Of course Amsterdam is represent as well. In this #ExploreYourCity video you will discover places in Amsterdam that only the insiders know. So put on your Palladium boots and go exploring!
And here we have a new #fromwhereistand again. Starring my new Alexander Wang heels! Still have to share the full look of this #fromwhereistand shot on the blog though, will publish it next week. :) Hopefully the weather continue to surprise us …
WEARING: FRENCH CONNECTION DRESS, HM OVERSIZED BLAZER, ISABEL MARANT TWO TONED KNEE BOOTS AND PS11 TINY BAG / 16 WEEKS A little flashback to 5 weeks ago when I was 16 weeks pregnant, but when I couldn’t share this outfit yet. I decided to shoot this look anyway so I could show it to guys after the big announcement. And there is moreeeee!
WEARING: GESTUZ COAT, THIGH HIGHT ALEXANDER WANG ‘SOFIA’ BOOTS, JILL SANDER CLUTCH, FASHIONOLOGY JEWELRY / 19 WEEKS Fall/Winter I’m ready for you! Love this coat from Gestuz. And it has the perfect length to pair with my boots from Alexander Wang. Great fit!
WEARING: MUUBAA LEATHER TROUSERS, HM TREND TRENCH COAT AND TANK TOP, JILL SANDER CLUTCH AND KURT GEIGER LEOPARD HEELS / 19 WEEKS Don’t know if you guys had noticed that this Jill Sander clutch was one of my favourites ways to hide my pregnancy – by positioning the clutch in front of the bump. haha. It feels so good to not have to hide it any longer! And I’m SO happy that I still fit in to these Muubaa leather trousers, which were actually a bit too big at the waist before.
Let me first begin with saying: WOW! Thank you sooooo much for all the congratulations on my pregnancy! It’s amazing and overwhelming to read all those sweet comments here, but also on my Instagram account. Your support means the world to me! I’m super excited to now show you some of the looks I have been pre-shooting – showing off my baby bump. I will publish those in the upcoming days/weeks! So stay tuned :) Again, many many many thanks! You guys are the best!!!
