I don’t know how many of you spend as much time as me online looking for a designer item that is sold out, from seasons ago, from a limited collection or just looking for a more affordable price but for me, it takes up half my life. Sure, it’s also my job, but I can’t tell you how many hours I lose everyday before eventually finding everything (and I mean EVERY SINGLE THING) on Vestiaire Collective. Case in point, these Vetements cowboy boots for which I scavenged the entire internet for months before finally scoring them on Vestiaire Collective, receiving them within days in its original box and not even a single scratch on it.
For those of you who don’t know, Vestiaire Collective is (the world’s best!) marketplace for pre-loved luxury and designer fashion where you can shop the pieces directly from the closets of the world’s most stylish women. Most of the sellers are from Europe which makes the website even more unique and remarkably more fashionable compared to other marketplaces. Every item is checked for quality and authenticity before it is shipped to the buyer, so you totally eliminate the risk of receiving a counterfeit item or something in terrible condition – which is the worst nightmare of a pre-owned clothing shopper. They have a very unique assortment of designer goods including Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Céline and Gucci (see my new belt that was impossible to find anywhere else, you can buy one here).
And now, even more good news, Canadians will be able to buy in CAD! If this isn’t the best thing you’ve heard today, I don’t know what is…
