Forgive me guys, for I have sinned… again. The end of the summer meant I was also a bit at the end of my inspiration. BUT a new season has started (weather-wise at least) and, even though I already mourn warm summer evenings, I am feeling inspired again and am looking forward to getting back on track here.
Thinking about the upcoming season I realize NOA NOIR is almost turning one – the same date I am turning, well, not one! (just 28) I can’t believe it’s been a year since the launch. Time flies! Which is a bit scary sometimes, don’t you agree? Oh well I’ll save the sentimental ‘one year in review’ speech for October 21 ;-)
Let’s move on to some shallow fashion talk. I picked up this grey coat during a short trip to the Netherlands a few weeks ago. When I showed my dad he looked at it, nodded, and said “nice, just too bad you can’t take pictures with it.” Turns out he thought it was a bathrobe. Ha! Granted, it’s more of a long vest than a proper coat but regardless… bathrobe dressing may be the new pyjama dressing. It would be a slightly less elegant trend though (’cause I’m not talking the slinky silky kind here). If only I could find an actual winter coat in this light shade of grey, I have been looking for a few years now and haven’t come across the “perfect” one. Any leads?
