Ille De Coco x Style&Minimalism Part I

A couple of months ago I met Deola, she’s the owner of Notting Hill based knitwear brand, Ille De Coco. I immediately felt a connection with Deola and her brand; she’s focused on producing well-made, timeless knitwear designs. The AW15 collection is their first and it sets a high precedent for the future, there are some great roll-neck jumpers in merino wool, luxe capes in a cashmere-wool mix and cute fitted sweaters with ‘Qui, Moi?’ across the chest, among others.

Deola asked me if I would like to pick out my favourite pieces and style them in my own way. This is the sort of project I absolutely love to be involved in. Deola trusted me to do my thing and gave me the freedom to style and art direct the shoot as I wished. That trust means so much to me.

Last week we met up to shoot in West London and we were so lucky with the weather, it was a chilly but very beautiful day, unlike those just before or after. This is the first look from our collaboration and it’s quite possibly my favourite (I probably shouldn’t say that as I want you to come back and see the rest).

I’m wearing:
Ille De Coco Luxe Poncho in Navy Marl (it also comes in Grey Marl) | Ille De Coco Split Hem Cashmere Sweater in Light Grey Marl | Marina London Virgin Silk Shirt | Paige Hoxton Ankle in Toren Destructed | Penmayne of London Willow Fedora in Mink with Leather & Partridge Feather Band | Adidas Originals Stan Smith White Leather Trainers

Deola has kindly offered my readers 20% off Ille De Coco when you use the code ‘DECEMBERSTYLE20’
