Terry Farrell is the principal of architectural firm Farrells. Among Farells’ most recent work is an outdoor swimming pool with a shell-shaped roof in Hong Kong and a proposal for a set of six new bridges on London’s River Thames.
A self-professed postmodernist, Farrell is the architect of one of the movement’s most recognisable buildings – the TV AM television studios in London’s Kentish Town. He has been outspoken about redevelopment schemes afoot in the capital, criticising Renzo Piano’s “piecemeal, opportunistic” proposal for a skyscraper in Paddington.
